 | What’s included in a rental?

A private-access room with bed, a smart TV with multiple streaming services, free Wi-Fi, & bed linens. Bathrooms come stocked with cleaning supplies. You'll also have shared access to the main kitchen, a half kitchen, an open-concept living room, three dining areas, a second-level coffee bar, a theater room, a laundry room, multiple outdoor seating areas, two fire pit areas with some firewood, a covered outdoor kitchen, lawn games, a volleyball net, walking trails, and fishing equipment.

 | Can I choose my room?

 

Absolutely! Depending on availability, you can select from our eight charming rooms to find the perfect fit for your stay. Each room offers its own unique character and comfort for a memorable experience.

 | What should I bring?

 

If traveling with your children please bring any baby items as needed, along with weather-appropriate clothing like swimsuits, sunscreen, and bug spray.

 | What do I not need to bring?

 

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, utensils, and appliances and basic spices and cooking oil. You will also be supplied with firewood, coffee, laundry supplies, and a first aid kit.

 | How do I book a room or the whole cabin?

 

To make a reservation, visit the Lodging tab on our website. Choose your preferred room or the full cabin, then select your dates based on the availability calendar. If you choose to book a room, you may be lodging with other guests.

  | Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

 

For whole cabin rentals, there is a 2-night minimum stay.

The minimum stay for the weekends will be two nights.

 | What time is check-in and check-out?

 

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Access codes will be provided at check-in for your convenience or a key (if applicable).

 | Can I host events or parties?

 

Yes, although daily overnight occupancy cannot exceed 20 people. Excessive noise, or disruptive events may result in additional fees or cancellation. Thank you for helping us maintain a relaxing and respectful environment for all.

 | What is the cancellation policy?

 

You may cancel your reservation up to six weeks before check-in with a 50% fee for a partial refund.

 | What happens if I need emergency maintenance?

 

Emergency maintenance contact details are posted inside the house near the front door.

 | Can I request additional cleaning or maintenance during my stay?

 

Yes. For stays longer than two weeks, you may request a general cleaning by professional staff for $150 per service.

 | Can I receive mail or packages during my extended stay?

 

Yes! You may receive mail and packages at the property. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that arrive after check-out.

 | What happens if I need to leave early?

 

If you need to depart earlier than planned, please contact the property manager as soon as possible. We’re happy to assist, but no refunds can be issued for unused nights after check-in.

 | Can I extend my stay?

 

We are happy to accommodate an extended stay depending on availability.
